Sometimes, all you need is answers

Drawing a line between consultation and full-on support or repairs is difficult, but if you'd like our advice before making a tech purchase or just have general tech questions that we can answer from our office, we consider the first 15 minutes free and charge at a rate of $20 per hour (or portion thereof) after that.
